The working principle of the rheometer

During operation, the motor rotates the shaft with the blade. While the rollers move across the board, the cutting shaft, with the help of two or three blades, removes the layers of wood. The gaps are separated using a special tube, which can be connected to a vacuum cleaner or other type of extractor.

Nowadays, there are two types of reamers: single-sided and double-sided. Double-sided ones have an additional cutting shaft located under the workpiece and allow you to process materials from both sides at the same time.

Security

Before you start working directly, you must put on protective glasses, but gloves cannot be used, as they are prohibited when working with these devices! If a glove gets stuck inside the device, it will move onto the shaft, which will ultimately lead to damage to the radius.

The device must be well fixed and must not move during operation. After completing the work, it is necessary to turn off the tool and clean the workplace from dust.
