Delivery and payment

All products or product sets (several items together) listed on the online store Isurve.ge are offered free courier service throughout Georgia.

Delivery is made within 1 or 2 business days in Tbilisi, and within 2 business days in regional purchases, except in exceptional cases (depending on the region) in which case the delivery period of the item should not exceed 10 business days from the date of order processing. The delivery period for furniture varies and is 1-5 business days.

It is important to note that floor delivery service is not provided. Exceptions are allowed only in cases specified on the website, or for the delivery of small items weighing up to 5 kg, as well as for large items, in case of personal negotiations between the customer and the courier directly on site.

Serving you with both our own and leading Georgian courier services, delivery speed, flexibility, and complete security are maximized.

You can use direct card payment, bank transfer, courier payment, or installment payment methods on the site. The card payment system in the online store is implemented through Unipay.ge and complies with all modern security standards.

As for online banking installments, Isurve.ge has been cooperating with leading Georgian banking institutions for years and offers customers online banking installments from TBC, Georgia and Credo Bank, as well as Crystal, with the lowest possible interest rates, often better than the market rate, for terms from 3 to 24 months.

Terms and conditions of air conditioner delivery and installation

Air conditioner installation is provided by a certified and authorized service center. When installing an air conditioner, the user must take into account the following details:

Standard installation:

  1. The indoor and outdoor units must be installed at a height of no more than 2.3 meters.
  2. The thickness of the wall to be drilled must be no more than 40 cm.
  3. The wall to be pierced must not be a reinforced concrete structure.
  4. The distance between the indoor and outdoor unit should not exceed 3 meters.
  5. There should be no need for a lifting basket or other special equipment.
  6. The length of the air conditioner pipe should not exceed 3 meters.

In case of violation of any standard installation condition, the installation is considered non-standard.

Terms and conditions for delivery and installation of Midea, Vox, Beko air conditioners:

  1. Air conditioner delivery is free throughout Georgia.
  2. “Standard installation” of air conditioners is free in the following cities: Tbilisi, Rustavi, Kutaisi, Batumi; in all other cities we only offer free delivery.
  3. After receiving the air conditioner, the customer contacts the Isurve hotline at 0322 053105 and places an installation request.
  4. The time frame for the installation team to arrive on site from the time the installation request is submitted is 2-3 working days.
  5. In case of non-standard installation, prices will be calculated on site by the installation team and payment will be made before the installation procedure begins.
