How do I purchase the item I want?

What days do you work?
We work every day, from 10:00 to 19:00. However, orders can be placed at any time of the day or night. For orders placed after 19:00, operators will contact you the next morning.
The operator's call is delayed, what should I do?
Although there are over 70 employees at Isurve, sometimes due to increased demand, the connection time increases slightly. We are constantly trying to eliminate this problem. In case of urgent need, we recommend that you write to us by email, on social media or contact us by hotline.
What are the delivery terms?
Courier service is free. Any item purchased on ISURVE.GE will be delivered to you by a courier on site, completely free of charge, throughout Georgia.
How long will it take for me to receive my purchase?
Delivery to Tbilisi and other large cities (Rustavi, Batumi, Kutaisi, etc.) is carried out within 1-2 days. To other cities and regions according to the schedule, which the operators will definitely inform about in advance. As a rule, the delivery time to any region of Georgia does not exceed 3 working days.
Can I check the purchased item in the presence of the courier?

What are the warranty terms?
