Did you buy an inflatable pool on installments and want to exchange or return it?

In this article, we would like to touch on a rather topical issue, namely, the procedure for canceling an approved and signed installment plan.

Why specifically pools? Because it is one of those specific products that, once received and opened, the return process is usually quite complicated, unless we are dealing with mechanical or some other type of factory damage.

Particularly interesting are cases when you bought an inflatable pool on installments , the courier brought it to your address, you opened it, inflated it, and simply don't want to use it anymore, to put it simply - you changed your mind.

We would like to emphasize once again that customer satisfaction, the joy of their purchase, and generally a high standard of service are our main goals, although sometimes we still have to impose certain restrictions, and in the case of pools, especially inflatable options, they are quite relevant.

Cancellation of installment payments or purchases in general and a refund of the amount is possible only in certain cases:

  • If the pool has a factory defect and you do not want to replace it with a new one or exchange it for another model;
  • You did not receive the item or the time of receipt exceeded the previously agreed deadline;
  • Receive a different model than the one you ordered;
  • You received the pool but did not open it, or in the case of a frame pool, you opened it but did not assemble it, meaning it can be returned in its standard packaging;

Accordingly, if you receive an inflatable pool, inflate it, and then decide that you no longer want it, unfortunately, you will not be able to cancel the installment plan, especially since even in all of the above cases, this procedure is associated with quite a lot of work and expenses on our part.
