- Green sauce for salads :

The first and most essential thing to prepare this sauce is a food processor, and the ingredients needed look like this:
- Avocado - soft, 1-2 pieces
- Chopped parsley - 1 handful
- Chili pepper, ground - a pinch
- Hazelnuts or walnuts - shelled, 1/2 cup
- Water - a little
- Olive oil - 3-4 tbsp
- Garlic - 1-2 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Place the peeled and sliced avocado in a food processor and add a handful of chopped parsley or other desired herbs.
One hot chili pepper and lemon juice. Also half a cup of walnuts or any other nuts. A little water, 3-4 tbsp oil, salt, 1-2 cloves of garlic and spices to taste.
Mix everything together well and your sauce is ready. You can adjust the thickness simply by adding water, that's all.
