Wooden kitchen utensils and their benefits
The first advantage of wooden utensils is that they are very hygienic. Many different studies have been conducted on this and each time they have yielded positive results. The results of these studies indicate that wood has naturally occurring antibacterial properties, which make it impossible for many bacteria to grow on the surface of the wood. Once a wooden object is exposed to bacteria, these bacteria disappear after 1-2 hours. This is a property that other (artificial) materials, such as plastic, do not have.

Wooden utensils are completely safe for food. Wood is a natural material and therefore not harmful to the human body.
