Information you should know before buying a boiler kit!
A quality kettle set can last you for decades (depending on how much you use it), so you shouldn't be afraid to splurge when you decide to buy a kettle set.
However, a high price does not always guarantee high quality. However, they usually provide an indicator of durability. Less expensive pots, over time, often develop a warped base, cracked coating, loose handles, and cracked handles.

What you need to know before buying a boiler kit
What is the difference between the materials of the boiler sets?
- Copper pans heat evenly and are less sensitive to heat than other materials. But copper is very expensive and requires a lot of maintenance if you want to keep its surface from getting damaged.
- Aluminum is the best at distributing heat. However, when you cook food directly in aluminum, some of the metal leaches into your food, giving it a grayish color. The vast majority of aluminum cookware has some kind of finish, enamel or non-stick coating, to prevent the aluminum from leaching into your food, and to make it easier to clean. Some aluminum pans are hard anodized, which means they have undergone an electrochemical process that hardens and darkens the metal, protects it from tarnishing, and prevents the aluminum from leaching into what you are cooking. Aluminum cookware cannot be used on induction cooktops unless it has a stainless steel bottom.

- Stainless steel is prized for its beautiful appearance and durability. However, it is a poor conductor of heat. Any stainless steel cookware will be coated, meaning it has an aluminum inner core that extends along the bottom, sides, and top, or will have an aluminum layer on the bottom to help heat evenly.
- Non-stick cookware sets offer easy cooking and cleanup, especially for new cooks in the kitchen, but the coating doesn't last long.
