The life cycle of perfumes

Wearing perfume adds to your overall impression of being a sharp, composed man. We know that dressing well boosts your confidence. You just feel better when you look good. Wearing cologne enhances that feeling. Perfume is an invisible part of our personal style and has a powerful impact on how people see and remember us. A good cologne offers a number of benefits.

The life cycle of perfumes

Perfumes have a three-part life cycle; imagine an evaporating pyramid, where the top slowly fades away until you reach the base. Each of the three sections contains individual scents, or notes, that combine to create what you smell. There are three different types of notes that comprise the scent of most perfumes: top notes, middle notes, and base notes:

Top note. The top note is the beginning of a perfume, the light scent that hits the nose as soon as it is applied to the skin. The top note lasts from 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Middle note. Also referred to as middle or heart notes. The middle note represents the main element of a fragrance. Middle notes develop after the top note has cleared and can last for 3-5 hours after spraying. This is in addition to the top note; they build on each other. Heart notes most often contain heavier floral scents.
Base note. A recent development, these fragrances are often bolder notes that become more noticeable later in the day. Base notes build on the foundation and determine how long the fragrance will last on your skin. They last between 5 and 10 hours.

Why should you wear perfume?

Wearing perfume will not only increase your attractiveness, but also your confidence with women (and in general). Wearing perfume will make you more attractive to women. Smell is the most important thing for women when choosing a partner.

Research has shown that while visual cues are most important to men when choosing a woman, smell is the strongest factor for women when choosing a man. Men use their eyes first, while women use their nose (even if they don't know it!).

You need to realize the importance of your scent in the world, even without knowing it and during simple encounters.
