Which disinfectants are safe for health?

Disinfectants are used for a variety of things, such as preventing the spread of viruses and bacteria. Their use has especially begun in the household after the spread of the coronavirus, and you probably realized how important the quality of disinfectants is.

Medical disinfectant solutions are designed for both personal use (at home or in the workplace) and specifically for healthcare facilities, the main purpose of which is to destroy viruses and bacteria to the maximum extent possible.

Which disinfectant solutions are allowed to be used?

It is recommended to use isopropyl or ethyl alcohol (as the main ingredients) at a concentration of 60 to 80%. There should be no more than 4 ingredients in total, including distilled water and a moisturizer (glycerin).

It is not recommended to use solutions containing perfumes and dyes. Hydrogen peroxide in an amount of 3% can act as an auxiliary substance that has an antibacterial effect.

Quaternary ammonium compounds effectively combat pathogenic organisms, and unlike chlorine-containing products, they are non-toxic to humans and animals. At the same time, they do not cause corrosion when treating surfaces.

Medical alcohol substitutes

Nowadays, it has become a rule among medical workers that they use solutions or products with a high alcohol content, or solutions that contain a high concentration of alcohol, to clean and disinfect their hands.

The amount of alcohol should vary between 60-80%. It is this ratio that provides an effective way to fight various bacteria and viruses.

Such a composition is very effective not only in the fight against microbes, but also against various viruses, such as: HIV infection, tuberculosis, influenza, pneumonia, adenoviruses, and others.

Aerodesign 2000:

Spray preparation. For rapid disinfection of small surfaces, including hard-to-reach areas. Also used for deactivation of blood and biological substances, viruses, fungi. The preparation is not diluted, does not contain freon, has a pleasant smell.

Spraying: 50 ml per 1 sq m area.
