  • When the arrow stops on you, it is your turn to play. If the numbers and/or colors match the last card played, you can play. If you do not have a matching card, you take one card from the deck; if you are unlucky with even one card, the game passes to the next player. When you have one card left, you must say UNO!; if you forget, you take 2 cards as a penalty. After the game ends, the points phase begins, where the remaining cards are added up.
