In 1986, Zepter International introduced stainless steel cookware and tableware (now the Home Art brand), which it produced in its own factory in Milan, Menfi Industryia SpA.

In 1996, the company expanded its product range by merging two Swiss firms: Bioptron AG (medical devices and equipment) and Intercosmetica Neuchâtel SA (skin care cosmetics).

It was after this merger that the company's headquarters moved to Switzerland, and later, the company merged with the Swedish company Kuna Group AB and began producing purified water - Aqueena.

Later, another holding structure was created - Zepter Finance AG, which worked in non-state pensions, health insurance, and real estate.
