The disadvantage of such surfaces is that they heat up slowly, although you can usually buy such a stove cheaper than other alternatives. This type of surface is a component of an electric stove.

The second type of surface is suitable for a gas stove. This version is the most famous in Georgian reality. The gas flame is directly visible in it. The positive side is good heat and control of the flame. That is why this type is often considered a favorite device of cooks. Such a gas stove is also more affordable.

The third type - ceramic surface - is visually very beautiful, and it heats up much better than the first type of stove surface. Another positive aspect is that it is easy to clean. However, it is better in terms of heating speed compared to gas and induction.

Fourth, induction hobs are the most modern alternative to gas hobs. Using physical processes, they heat the bottom of the pan or pot directly, rather than the top of the hob, so they are completely safe to touch. Such hobs are easy to clean and heat well, although gas hobs still retain the lead in terms of heat output.
